For patients who need home infusion, we provide comprehensive services,
delivered in the home by caring professionals. Nurse educators train patients
and/or their caregivers in both hospital and home settings. Patients are
continually monitored and assessments are updated to ensure care that is timely
and accurate. Clinical pharmacists are available during regular business hours
to assist physicians with pharmacokinetic monitoring. Nutrition and antibiotic
therapy specialists also are available for consultation. |
